This major event brought together key stakeholders from across the industry to explore challenges and future solutions in procurement, all within a spirit of collaboration and innovation.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">The summit offered our team a valuable opportunity to engage with passionate professionals, discover best practices in procurement management, and most importantly, showcase the <span class=\"s1\"><b>tangible impact of process mining<\/b><\/span> on supply chain efficiency.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><b>Process Mining: A Game-Changer for Procurement Optimization<\/b><b><\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">Procurement process optimization is a key concern for both public and private organizations. Delays, stockouts, hidden costs, and non-compliance are just some of the many challenges they face. This is where <span class=\"s1\"><b>process mining<\/b><\/span> proves invaluable.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">Process mining allows organizations to <span class=\"s1\"><b>reconstruct actual processes<\/b><\/span> using digital traces from their systems (ERP, procurement platforms, etc.). It provides a <span class=\"s1\"><b>factual and complete view<\/b><\/span> of what is really happening\u2014often quite different from the official procedures.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">For procurement teams, this translates to:<\/p>\n<p class=\"p5\">\u2022 <span class=\"s1\"><b>Quick identification of bottlenecks<\/b><\/span> and delays in the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) cycle<\/p>\n<p class=\"p5\">\u2022 Detection of <span class=\"s1\"><b>process variations<\/b><\/span> across suppliers, regions, or teams<\/p>\n<p class=\"p6\"><span class=\"s3\">\u2022 Better <\/span><b>compliance with procurement policies<\/b><b><\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"p5\">\u2022 And ultimately, <span class=\"s1\"><b>more informed decisions<\/b><\/span> powered by accurate and dynamic data<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><b>Building a More Agile Supply Chain<\/b><b><\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">As a partner of the 2025 Procurement Summit, P&amp;S demonstrated how process mining fits into a broader continuous improvement strategy.
